Fort Supply Co. is a unique protein purveyor of Bison | Elk | Wagyu sourced from the Upper Midwest and supplied to Fort Worth, Texas.  The founders are disrupting the industry with a unique protein niche’, and a relentless focus on transparency and conservation.

Fort Supply Co. founded Texas SMOKE – an annual BBQ competition that is RAW - no bull! no politics - you can’t buy 1st place! This private event is for Pitmasters|Executive Chefs. The best-of-the-best in our great State of Texas will compete for $15,000 prize package with the winner taking home $10,000.

Our strategic objective is to organize and align the four infamous regions of BBQ: Texas, Kansas City, Memphis and the Carolinas to compete at regional, national, and international food competitions for bragging rights and prize money.

Texas SMOKE will be held at an off-the-grid location where the Texas BBQ Delegation will gather annually to “earn” the right to be part of the Texas delegation. The contestant(s) are groomed to adapt and overcome challenges they may face on the world stage.  We will polarize the cultural significance of Texas BBQ history.
